B/W photographs in vertical format. On the back appears the name of the photographer, his address and motifs related to the photograph. \Photographs from the archive of the Haute Couture firm Pedro Rodriguez taken for advertising purposes and corresponding to the autumn-winter 1959-60 season. It appeared published in the newspaper 'Ya' on November 8, 1959. \Pedro Rodríguez was born in Valencia in 1895 and died in Barcelona in 1990. He opened his Haute Couture house in 1919, which was the first to be opened in Spain, and in 1940 he founded the Haute Couture Cooperative, of which he was president until his death and from where he actively collaborated for the projection of Spanish fashion abroad, especially in the 50s and 60s.

Photograph of a model with face and back posing with a cocktail dress possibly made of velvet printed with floral motifs in dark color, except for the neck, sash, cuffs and bottom of the dress that is adorned with a big bow. As complements she uses an original pamela with a flower on the top and tulle net, short gloves and a scarf made of the same material but with a light-coloured and plain lining finished with fringes.

Fotografías del archivo de la firma de Alta Costura Pedro Rodríguez tomada con fines publicitarios y correspondiente a la temporada otoño-invierno 1959-60. Apareció publicada en periódico `Ya´ el 8 de noviembre de 1959. Pedro Rodríguez nace en Valencia en 1895 y muere en Barcelona en 1990. Inaugura su casa de Alta Costura en 1919, que fue la primera que se abrió en España, y en 1940 fundó la Cooperativa de la Alta Costura, de la que fue presidente hasta su muerte y desde donde colaboró activamente para la proyección de la moda española en el exterior, sobre todo en los años 50 y 60.

Fotografía de una modelo de cara y espalda posando con un vestido de cóctel posiblemente confeccionado en terciopelo estampado con motivos florales en color oscuro, a excepción del cuello, fajín, puños y el bajo del vestido que está adornado con un gran lazo. Como complementos utiliza una original pamela con flor en la parte superior y red de tul, guantes cortos y un echarpe confeccionado en el mismo material pero con el forro de color claro y liso rematado en flequitos.
